⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Deb Scott
I had two fantastic meals at the 2800 Kitchen & Lounge at the DoubleTree at the Port of Los Angeles. For dinner, the Tostadas were yummy and with corn tortillas crisp enough that I could pick them up to eat. I also ordered Seasonal Vegetables, which were fresh and cooked to perfection. For breakfast, the Avocado Toast with hard boiled egg was also excellent, and came with the perfect complement of fresh fruit. Definitely coming here again.

This place is in a beautiful marina with a beautiful view for a lobby restaurant. Our server was extra friendly and checked on us often. I wish I could remember his name!! You could tell he really cared about the service the customer receives!! The food is decent just not sure it's worth the price. It is very pricey for what you get. The crispy chicken sounded so good but ended up being very bland. The soup was good and the fish and chips were ok. Overall a beautiful atmosphere! a few flies wouldn't leave our table but we did sit by the door. Plenty of parking.

Michelle was great. Guided us through the menu, gave recommendations and we took her at her word. The Cali-bowl with salmon, clam chowder, and fish tacos were outstanding. All tasted fresh and hot. The martini’s completed the meal. Our cruise eve could not have been better!

Surprisingly decent for a hotel lobby restaurant! Definitely not fine dining but it did the trick. I had the burger and Brussels sprouts. Burger was standard but tasted fresh with good fries. Brussel sprouts were great! Cooked great with garlic, lemon, and capers I think? This was a good experience when there was not anything else on offer in the area. I had a much better time eating here than staying at the hotel itself!
